For those who have already made some arrangements but need professional assistance with certain aspects, the partial package is the ideal solution. I'll step in to manage specific details, allowing you to relax and enjoy the lead-up to your special day, and on the day of.

Event Management

On your wedding day, leave all the logistics to me so that you can focus on cherishing every moment. My event management package ensures that everything runs smoothly, from coordinating vendors to handling any unforeseen issues, leaving you free to revel in the joy of your celebration.

Full Service Planning

  • Budget and timeline management

  • Venue and Vendor selection based on the couple's style and budget, complete with attendance at vendor appointments

  • Vendor contract management and communication

  • Assistance with Stationery and Floral design

  • Guidance and support throughout the entire planning process

  • Ceremony and reception floorplan design

  • Welcome bag design and distribution

  • Guest & Bridal Party coordination, including room blocks and shuttle transportation

  • Wedding Day itinerary and timeline

  • Ceremony Rehearsal Full wedding day coverage

  • Overseeing event breakdown

  • Includes all items in other packages

Engagement Ring Moment

Partial Package

  • Initial planning meeting and a total of 6 vendor or planning meetings

  • Additional phone and email planning support

  • Event design and logistics

  • Design and Consultation at your venue

  • Ceremony Rehearsal & walkthrough

  • Timeline Creation Day of contact for vendors

  • Vendor Recommendations

  • Full wedding day coverage

  • Includes all items in the Event Management package - must be booked 8-10 months from wedding date

Floral Bouquet Chair

Event Management

  • Site visit 45-30 days before event

  • Must be booked 60 days before event

  • Pre-wedding details and logistics meeting 8-6 weeks prior to the event

  • Custom wedding and timeline distribution to vendors, including first dances, toasts, cake cutting, etc,

  • Creating a wedding day itinerary & details binder for couple

  • Floorplan and

  • Ceremony layout design

  • Confirming details and timeline with vendors

  • Placement of ceremony and reception accessories (guest book, favors, etc)

  • 8 hour coverage on Wedding day

  • Day of point of contact for vendors

  • Overseeing Event breakdown

  • Event Management packages are not eligible for Private estates, Tented weddings, or “raw” venue spaces. This package is ideal for traditional-style venues.

Day -Of Coordination 

Day-of Coordination is offered at an hourly rate, thoughtfully tailored to your celebration, reflecting your venue, guest count, and overall scope of support.

As a thank you for your service, all wedding and event packages are eligible for a 5% Military or First Responder discount for you or your partner. Please mention at the time of booking.
